ABOUT OUR RUDRAKSHA MALA JEWELERY

The beads we use are grown on sustainable plantations in South East Asia. All beads are authentic. We use first quality untumbled beads. All beads are sorted & checked and we only use the best of these. We also check the vibration (power) of our beads. Many have a higher vibration than others and we try to use the best of these in our mala jewelry.

The Rudraksha bead we mainly use is five mukhi. This is the bead that represents lord Shiva. It has all the previously mentioned qualities and benefits. It is the most commonly sought after bead, worn by all. Most mala’s worn around the neck, as well as japa malas, are made up of five mukhi Rudraksha. We also have available on special request a limited supply of “Chiknya” highest quality beads. Different mukhi beads ranging from one to twenty one faces, are also occasionally available.

The Gauri Shankar is a favorite of ours, which we like to use sometimes as the guru bead in our gold malas. It may also be sold separately with gold wire and caps. The Gauri is an extremely influential and powerful Rudraksha and is recommended for meditation. It is hard to find and very sought after. Two beads that have grown and joined together naturally, representing Shiva and goddess Parvati, also recommended for improving relationships and bringing joy and harmony. It also enhances attraction and attention and is considered a very sacred object of worship.

All our malas are made to the specific spiritual numbers of beads: 108 / 72 / 54. In our gold work we use top quality 22 karat gold. For silver we use highest quality 92.5% sterling.

The gems we use together with our rudraksha beads in malas and jewelry are highest quality and are only those that have power and healing aspects. This is a major part of what we are about.

Rudraksha beads are sacred and need to be treated with respect and care. Wash them once in a while to remove dirt and dust. Oil them with coconut or sandalwood oil to preserve them. They will turn darker with your own body oil when wearing them. This is the desired effect. Take them off when you sleep.
