What is Karma ?

Karma is a key concept in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is a Sanskrit word meaning "act", "action", or "word". It refers to the spiritual concept of cause and effect, the unbreakable law of the cosmos.

A powerful attraction law

For every action there will always be a reaction. Your thoughts, words and actions are powerful as they generate strong energies. The law of karma operates independent of any deity or any process of divine judgment. Karma is the only attraction of the Universe. You generate your own Karma. Your thoughts and feelings create a world within you as well as your behaviour shapes a world around you. You are the creator of the dream you living in, the master of your own destiny.

Be aware of your acts and intentions.

Karma is not only generated by your actions, but as well by your intentions. You can hide your intentions from the outside world, but you cannot hide them from your Inner-Self, from the Universe.

We all come from the same source. Do the good and Be the good. You will never find happiness harming the ones around you. Karma concerns everyone. You might be strong and powerful today but your destiny can reverse at anytime depending on your acts and intentions. Karma is a cycle that cannot be broken. If you are harmful to people, the Universe will make you understand the sufferings of others.

Be gentle to you and to others.

Being kind to others as you are kind to yourself. It is the most valuable gift you can give to someone. Be especially kind to those who are unkind and angry. They need it the most.

Have compassion. Accept that some people might fight an inner battle that will affect there behaviour and relationships with others. Don’t judge or criticise them because you have no idea what they are going through. Your reality is different than theirs and judgement has a negative effect on your Karma.

Forgive. It will relieve you from pain and make you feel a better version of yourself. Revenge will only harm you more. Forgiveness is a step to Inner Peace.

Love is the most powerful energy of the Universe. The most love you give and the most love you will receive. The energy you send will always come back to you.

Be grateful. Everything happens for a reason. Being thankful for the little things will make you happier. Express this gratitude.

Do to others what you would like to be done to you ! Your Karma will take care of you.
