Starting with just two staff members, we’ve grown into a close-knit team of 18, where each person is valued and supported. Our turnover is exceptionally low because our staff aren’t just employees—they’re family. Three members have been with us since the very beginning, growing alongside our business, while many others have dedicated over 10 years to this shared path.

Founded and led by women, with 80% of our team being women and mothers, we understand the vital role mothers play in families, society, and culture.
