• Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our Office & Showroom in Bali, Indonesia.

• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days within Indonesia, whilst International: 5-7 business days via UPS unless informed otherwise.

Important Details:

• Customs Fees: Any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.

• Special Instructions: If your billing address is in Europe or the US order from our distributor’s website to avoid customs fees.
