Mala Making Workshop

When you create your own Mala based on the design of your intention, you generate the energy you need to grow. Then, you take the opportunity to pause, breathe, and realign with your deepest intentions. Finally, you invest in moments of self-care and compassion. 

As you create your sacred object, we invite you to experience the magic of your truth and the spirituality of the Balinese people.

 

The 2 hours Workshop includes :

• Knowledge about the most ancient prayer beads, the Rudraksha beads. Know more about the benefits of the powerful Rudraksha beads, regarded as the timeless jewels of the gods and the most powerful aid in the path of self-realization.
• Explanation of what a Mala is and how to use it. A Mala is more than just jewelry; it is your sacred object. They are powerful when used in meditation and can become a companion in spiritual journeys.
• Choosing your gemstones. Gemstones are powerful, and each emits its unique vibration and healing energy. You can pick ones you are automatically drawn to or choose some based on their properties.
• Design and create your own Mala. You are free to create a personalized piece that reflects your unique intentions and energy. Select stones that resonate or align with your specific goals. You also have the option to incorporate silver or gold-plated beads and caps, allowing you to craft a mala that not only supports your spiritual journey but also aligns with your personal style.
• Participate in an individual Balinese blessing, a rare opportunity to activate your Mala and connect with your intention at the end of the workshop. 

We host our regular Mala Making Workshop at least once a month at The Yoga Barn, Ubud. The schedules are available on both Aum Rudraksha and Yoga Barn's Instagram accounts and on The Yoga Barn's website.

But our Mala Making Workshop is a highlight for retreats or events and has been favored amongst many participants.
