We take a holistic and ethical approach to every step of our production process. Our Rudraksha seeds are sourced from organically grown plantations in Indonesia, free from pesticides.

Our employees receive fair wages and comprehensive health insurance for themselves and their families. We proudly employ mothers, who make up 80% of our team, offering them a safe and supportive working environment where they can prioritize their children and families when needed.

We carefully source our gemstones from reputable, ethical suppliers, purchasing in larger quantities to reduce carbon footprints associated with imports. Additionally, we collaborate with local artisans for our precious metals and partner with home industries to meet our business needs, helping to empower and uplift the local economy.

Additionally, we maintain a no-plastic policy, using plastic only when absolutely necessary, which is rare. We chose natural fiber fabric to create our packaging.
