We take a holistic, sustainable and ethical approach to every step of our production.
Many of the Rudraksha seeds are borne from our own plantations here in Indonesia which are grown organically and without poisons.
Our employees are all paid proper wages and are provided with health insurance for them and their families.
The gemstones we use are sourced from reputable and ethical wholesalers.
10% of all our profits go to our employees and the growers of our Rudraksha plantations.
Further to this, we also give 10% of our profits to charities in Bali that we feel align with our purpose.
Almost everything we create, is created in-house, minimising packaging and greenhouse gases associated with imported products.
We are further offsetting our carbon footprint by planting a tree for every 100 malas we sell. It’s a great initiative for our staff who can see the benefits in having a goal that when it’s reached, is helping our planet.
We also have a zero waste policy at the factory and a strict no plastic policy, using it only when completely necessary, which is very rarely. All our bags are made from natural fibres and we use only organic natural dyes. Further to this, all our promotional material and any material that is printed, is printed on recycled paper.
