We love Rudraksha because they grow on trees here in Indonesia. Our seeds are sourced from organically grown plantations, free from pesticides, and harvested in a way that respects both the land and the communities around it.

Our employees receive fair wages and comprehensive health insurance for themselves and their families. We proudly employ mothers, who make up 80% of our team, offering them a safe and supportive working environment where they can prioritise their children and families when needed.

We carefully source our gemstones from reputable, ethical suppliers, purchasing in larger quantities to reduce the carbon footprint associated with imports. For our metals, we work with local artisans and use recycled gold wherever possible, supporting more conscious production while keeping traditional craftsmanship alive.

We also collaborate with local home industries to meet our business needs, helping to empower and uplift the local economy.

We maintain a no-plastic policy, using plastic only when absolutely necessary, which is rare. Instead, we choose natural fibre fabrics for our packaging.
