Due to the unique energetic qualities of Rudraksha, we do not accept returns of worn, used, altered, or damaged items.

If a refund is granted, it will be processed after we receive and inspect the product. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement due to processing times by financial institutions.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original hangtags must be attached.
- You must include the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- We typically do not offer refunds. However, if you contact us and explain your situation, we will do our best to find a solution.
