Shipping policy

Your order will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 working days of your purchase. All orders are shipped via UPS from our factory, based in Bali, Indonesia.

Orders are typically delivered between 2 to 3 days in Indonesia and within 5 to 7 days for the rest of the World with UPS. The offer is non transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. Valid only on aumrudraksha.com website. The offer is subject to change or expire at any time at the discretion of Aum Rudraksha Designs.

Aum Rudraksha Designs is not responsible for any customs or import fees. This is up to the destination country and cannot be controlled by Aum Rudraksha designs. Customers must pay any possible fees for the entrance of their goods into their territory. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees.
If your billing address is in Australia, Europe, Iran, New-Zeland, United States or Japan, and to avoid any customs or import fees, please proceed your purchase directly on our distributors website.

The customer can track their parcel by using the tracking number sent by email as soon as the order is on its way on UPS.
